Program Note

By writing this piece, I was able to engage in the discipline of varying intensity to have the music be perceived as fluently narrative. Because this work is written for solo violin, it was practical to express vigorous zeal and energy through the breathtaking setting of rhythms, dynamic levels, registers, and timbres. 樂曲解說

藉由寫作這首樂曲，我能夠有機會學習以更快速之張力變化使音樂能有敘事感。由於是為小提琴而寫的，透過激動之節奏、動態水平、音域和音色表達強烈的熱情和活力是一可行的做法。例如在樂曲的開始段落，透過在最低音域中，以重複的方式強調一特定音高。除了那些具有音樂性的段落外，亦在其他地方以極弱的力度讓小提琴在高音域上演奏長音，營造鮮明之張力。
